Hey, friends! Want to be a part of my Strength in Numbers series? In this series, Strength in Numbers I interview humans at different ages and stages of life. I ask participants the same list of questions to generate thought-provoking responses that give insight to different perspectives in our human experience. It aims to explore how age affects our experience in the world.

First, provide your first name, age, and introduce yourself. Then, the standard questions are as follows:

What is making you happy right now?

What is bothering you?

Tell me a happy memory.

When is the last time you received an unexpected nice gesture?

What is something small you regret?

What is something big you regret?

What do you wish you did more of?

What do you wish you did less of?

What frightens you?

What are you looking forward to in the near future?

When you imagine yourself in your head, how old are you?

How do you feel about aging?

What’s the best thing about being you?

Please, reach out to me if you are interested in participating. Or, answer the questions on your own and send them my way. You can become part of the Strength in Numbers series. Thanks!

All the best,

Allyson
